Laine has spent years pursuing business in professional services market verticals including law firms (small, medium and AmLaw large), corporate legal departments, insurance, consulting, and financial services firms (Fortune 500). Representing managed services solution platforms, he has managed teams of analysts to examine current state workflow processes to determine cost effective solutions aligned with specific client business objectives. Laine understands the critical nature of document workflows and demanding production timelines required to support the activity in document intensive environments. He also understands the sensitive privacy and compliance issues unique to professional services activities.  

Cost savings, scalability and agility have become ingrained in Laine’s approach to business issues as they are increasingly important to both our professional and personal lives as digital technology continues to drive change.
