Verbal Agreement
4L will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. Customers can opt in to receive messages either in person at the physical location or over a phone call when contacting the business. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based two-factor authentication messages. Customers will be read the following script: “By opting in, consent is given to receive messages from 4L Managed Accounting LLC. The types of messages that will be sent include two-factor authentication messages (SMS), conversational messages, status updates, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
